At TeleScan, we’re on a mission to make prenatal ultrasound accessible for every mom, everywhere. We’ve built FDA-cleared, HIPAA-compliant telesonography® software that connects trained local healthcare workers with certified perinatal sonographers — helping clinics deliver better care, faster, and often at a 3–4× return on investment.

We’re a female-Latinx-owned, Austin-based startup, spun out of BB Imaging, and we’ve already served 1,500+ patients, raised seed funding, and won Best Maternal Innovation at the Femtech World Awards. Now, we’re ready to scale — and that’s where you come in.

The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments and can help us grow by taking implementation project management off the plates of our executives. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating client rollouts, keeping timelines on track, and making sure our healthcare partners get maximum value from TeleScan.

This isn’t just about keeping Gantt charts up to date — it’s about building processes that scale, partnering with clinics, and making an impact on maternal health.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end client implementations, from kickoff to launch to ongoing optimization.

  • Build project plans and keep all stakeholders (execs, clinics, IT, telesonographers) aligned.

  • Spot risks early, problem-solve quickly, and keep projects moving.

  • Improve and standardize our rollout processes so we can scale smoothly.

  • Share updates and insights with leadership in a way that drives smart decisions.

What You Bring

  • PMP certification (or similar experience) strongly preferred.

  • 5+ years in project management, ideally with healthcare tech, SaaS, or client-facing implementations.

  • Experience juggling multiple projects and stakeholders.

  • Clear communicator who builds trust with both clients and internal teams.

  • Comfortable in a startup environment where priorities can shift — and excited to help us grow.
